1. About the service
TubeNotes is a web service operated by True Technologies. It provides AI-assisted summaries, key points, notes, translations and PDF-ready documents from supported YouTube links. The service may change, improve, or discontinue features from time to time.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for the information associated with your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential. You must provide accurate information and may not share, sell, transfer, or misuse access to your account. Device limits, usage limits and other safeguards may apply to protect the service.
3. Free trials and subscriptions
Free usage is limited and may be subject to account, device and anti-abuse controls. Paid subscriptions provide the benefits shown at checkout and renew according to the selected plan unless cancelled before the next renewal date. Payment processing is handled by the applicable payment provider; TubeNotes does not store full card or UPI credentials.
4. Acceptable use
You may use TubeNotes only for lawful, personal, educational, research or legitimate business purposes. You must not:
- circumvent account, trial, device, payment, rate-limit or security controls;
- use automated tools to overload, scrape, reverse engineer or interfere with the service;
- submit content or links that you do not have the right to use, or use the service to infringe another person's rights;
- use generated output as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical or other high-impact decisions.
We may suspend or end access when we reasonably believe these terms, applicable law, or platform safety has been violated.
5. Content and AI output
You remain responsible for the links and content you submit. AI-generated output can be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, delayed or unavailable. Always review the source video and use your own judgment. TubeNotes does not claim ownership of your original input, but you grant us the limited permission needed to process it and provide the service.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep TubeNotes available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanent availability. Processing depends on third-party platforms, caption availability, network services and AI infrastructure. We may perform maintenance, apply limits or modify features when needed.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TubeNotes and True Technologies are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or loss-of-data damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Governing law and updates
These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. If any part is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply. We may update these terms; continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised terms.
